Return policy

 

 

Upon receipt of your package, check the condition of it. If the products contained in the package are defective or damaged, we recommend that you immediately contact Natcha Studio Beauté's customer service. We must be informed of this type of problem within three days of receiving your package, otherwise we will not be able to accept return of it.

 

Natcha Studio Beauté will accept returns or exchanges (shipping costs excluded) for all products, provided that the return date is within 30 days of the invoice date. The returned product must be in the state in which it was delivered in addition to not having been used before being accepted for a refund. The returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The customer must assume all shipping and handling costs when returning the package, as well as duties and / or taxes for orders. The gifts or samples accompanying the purchase must be returned and they must not have been used. Returns cannot be accepted if the products have been opened or used.

Please return your unused, unopened product by requesting a Customer Service Return Authorization Number. You must have on hand the original invoice and the reason for the return so that we can process your refund as soon as possible. All return authorizations are valid for a period of 15 working days and we must receive the goods within 15 days. Shipping and handling charges on return as well as duties and / or taxes for orders delivered abroad are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Natcha Studio Beauté.

Products can be returned to Natcha Studio Beautél using Canada Post, Fedex, UPS, DHL or another transportation service that insures against risk of loss and damage. As soon as we have received the product and have determined that it complies with our conditions, we will process your request. No refund will be made before the package is received by Natcha Studio Beauté. Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return once we receive it. Please allow two billing periods before your refund appears on your credit card statement.
